Waste Management : Addressing the ecological challenge of poultry litter by processing raw biomass into stable carbon, complying with EU waste regulations.
Carbon Removal Pathway: Biochar is intended to provide durable carbon storage. The project is being developed in alignment with the Puro.earth methodology. ⚑ Planned — Methodology alignment not yet verified by Puro.earth
Target: Up to 3,000 tons of CO2 removal per year, subject to final process validation and certification pathway.
Advanced By-Product Recovery:
Integrated condensing and scrubbing systems are designed to improve by-product recovery and reduce process waste streams.
Bio-Oil Extraction: Fractional condensers recover bio-oil for potential use in the pre-drying stage, subject to final process design and environmental handling requirements.
Syngas Cogeneration: Process gas may be captured and cleaned for internal energy use, subject to detailed engineering design and regulatory compliance.
Carbon Removal Pathway : Biochar locks carbon in a stable form for centuries, removing it permanently from the atmosphere — not merely offsetting emissions. ⚑ Target Claim — Permanence subject to full LCA and third-party verification
Waste Valorization
Soil Benefits
Traceability and Documentation : Digital mass-balance records and chain-of-custody documentation support carbon credit issuance and regulatory compliance. ⚑ Planned System — Not yet operational
Planned Certifications
Verified Status vs. Planned Targets : All performance figures are design targets. Verified status will be assigned following independent third-party assessment (Puro.earth / EBC-Agro).
