Biyokor is currently structured as a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) under formation

in Afyonkarahisar, Türkiye. The following roles reflect the operational management

framework defined in the project’s feasibility study. Formal appointments are in

progress and will be disclosed as the corporate structure is finalized.

Founder & Project Director

Strategic Direction & Business Development

Responsible for overall project strategy, investor relations, and cross-border

coordination between Türkiye and international stakeholders. Oversees feasibility

execution, funding structure, and long-term commercial positioning of Biyokor.

Technical & HSE Supervisor

Process Engineering & Safety Compliance

Oversees the MAP-based pyrolysis process, plant operational efficiency, and

adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards throughout the

production cycle from feedstock intake to biochar output.

Legal & Regulatory Affairs Officer

Corporate Compliance & Carbon Certification

Manages regulatory alignment with EU Fertilising Products Regulation (FPR),

CMC 14 standards, and carbon credit certification bodies (e.g., Puro.earth),

alongside local permitting processes in Türkiye.

Local Operations Partner

Regional Supply Chain & Community Relations

Coordinates feedstock sourcing from the Bolvadin and Başmakçı poultry farming

clusters and manages day-to-day site relations within the Afyonkarahisar

Organized Industrial Zone (OSB).

Corporate Governance Structure

Biyokor’s governance model is being formalized in parallel with SPV registration

in Türkiye. The final structure will define the Board of Directors, executive

decision-making authority, and oversight committees in accordance with local

corporate law.
