Continuous Microwave Pyrolysis (CMP)
Process Overview:
Continuous feeding system utilizing indirect Microwave Heating for precise carbonization.
Key Features:
Oxygen-Free Environment: Zero combustion ensures maximum carbon retention.
Temperature Control: Precise regulation between 500°C - 600°C.
High Fixed Carbon: Yields >75% fixed carbon content due to uniform internal heating.
Advanced By-Product Recovery System:
Our facility employs state-of-the-art condensing and scrubbing technologies to separate volatiles, ensuring the highest purity of the final Biochar.
Bio-Oil Extraction (Fractional Condensing):
High-efficiency condensers separate bio-oil vapors immediately.
Prevents tar condensation on the biochar, resulting in a clean, odorless, and microporous final product.
Recovered bio-oil is utilized as a renewable fuel for the pre-drying stage.
Syngas Purification & Cogeneration:
Integrated Scrubber System removes sulfur and impurities from the synthetic gas.
Clean Syngas is routed to power generators, reducing the facility's external energy dependence.
Why Microwave Technology?
Unlike conventional kilns, microwave energy heats the biomass "from the inside out." This ensures rapid processing, superior energy efficiency, and a higher quality, consistent biochar structure.
